RACING STABLE BURNT
_ .HASTINGS, December 24. The training stables and whare occu» pied by Sir Leslie Carrick, trainer for liangi Kexehoma, were destroyed by fire last evening. Four horses, which were in the loose-boxes, were let out, but the two-year-old Bungebah, by Stronghold—The Brat, ran back into the burning building and was burnt to death. The contents of the whare and considerable feed were lost. There was no insurance on lie horee or building. The cause of tfcj fira is inknown
