REDUCTION IN LABOR LEADERS’ PAY. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, November 15. (Received November 14, at 8.55 a.m.) The conference of the South- Wales Miners’ Federation, now sitting at Cardiff, decided to reduce their leaders’ salaries from £4 and £3 to £3 a week. There was much excitement when the decision was announced. The leaders rose in a body and threatened a strike. A confused and angry debate was'abruptly adjourned.
