14 MEN DROWNED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, October 4. The liner Amerika sank the submarine B2 at Dover, and 14 men were, drowned. Lieutenant Bulleyne was saved. ONLY ONE SURVIVOR. LONDON, October 4 (Received October 5, at 9.35 a.m.) There were 11 submarines off the South Foreland in a heavy sea, 816 picked up Lieutenant Bulleyne, the sole survivor, who was completely exhausted. He was below when the submarine was cut in half. Lieutenant Percy O'Brien, the commander, was drowned.
