The hearing of the appeal in the Coal Vend case has commenced in tho High ■Court. The grounds of appeal include the following : That the alleged wrongful act arose from the Coal Vend agreement, wherewith the appellants, had nothing to do, and that the evidence failed to establish any intent to restrain or control the supply or price of any service, merchandise, or commodity by the appellants or any individual defendant.
