THE ALLIANCE STRENGTHENED
Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. PARIS, Augast 22. On his return from Russia the Premier (M. Poincare) was accorded an ovation. In the course of an address he said that the alliance between Russia and France had increased in vigor, while the friendliness to Great Britain was broadened in its effect. There was nothing aggressive in the peaceful grouping of the entente.
