(Received December 6, at 8.5 a.m.) An investigation of the methods of the Anti-Trust League has been demanded in the House of Representatives. Representative Air Littleton charged the secretary of the league with attempting to defame him. The league had asked for Air Littleton’s impeachment on a charge of conspiracy with the heads of the Trusts, in order to prevent the Steel Trust- inquiry from proceeding. Both parties have assured Air Littleton of their confidence. THE PRESIDENT’S AIESSAGE. WASHINGTON, December 5. (■Received December 6, at 8.5 a.m.) In his Akesage to Congress the President deals with the Trust .problem, and forecasts amendments of. an important nature.
