GOLDEN WEDDING.
A surpriso parly visited tho home of Mr and Mrs Wm. Iloskins at ManKford Town last evening on the occasion of their golden wedding. Mr T. J. Thomson, who acted n6 spokesman, said lhat they wero not unmindful of tho fact, that their muchrespected friends had completed the 50<h year of their wedded life. The visitors. Lund assembled upon this interesting and happy occasion to extend to Mr and Mra Hoskins their most hearty congratulations, and to wish them health, happiness, and prosperity for very many years to come. On bohalf of numerous friends and neighbors he desked their acceptance of a o-olden token in commemoration of the event of 50 years ago, and also as a small tribute of respect and esteem. Mr D. N.
