(Received August. 3, at 8.5 a.m.) Jn accordance with the Supremo Court decision, the .Standard Oil, Company have decided to dissolve- into 55 subsidiary companies. The method to be followed is to distribute the stock of tho subsidiaries amongst tho parent company's shareholders. Financiers -declare that, although the law is thus technically observed, the Trust is no less a Trust, than before. [Practically tho whole of the information in the above was published by the Independent Press Cable service some ton days ago.]
