In the Honse of Commons Mr Lloyd George sakl that his amendments to the Insurance Bill would remove the fears that hospitals would bo financially affected. Lar;>o numbers of the poor who were now dependent on tho hospitals would come on the insurance fund, while further relief would bo afforded by tho extension cf sanatoria.
