The '. Alexandra Herald' Teports the flotation of tho Dominion Dredging Company, which has been formed locally to work the old Davis Bend, Golden Falls, and River Molyneux claims, situate in the gorge about twelve mile 6 below Alexandra. For this purpose the company has purchased the Island Basin dredge, which will be dropped down the river this week. Mr Andrew Young, at present employed j on the 909 dredge, has been appointed master of the company. The Waihi Gold Mining Company's return for the four-weekly period ended tho 18th inst. is £60,258. from 30,365 tons. The total output of the mine to date (corrected) is £9.255,388. WAIHI SHARES.
