SYDNEY, March 20. (Received March 20, at 9.9 a.m.) Commenting on the New Zealand drink bill, . . . [no name given] says it proves, consistently with the experience of the past, that improved prosperity lc<3 to greater indulgence. Perhaps the energy of the enthusiast which is concentrated on obtaining votes against licenses might more profitably bo directed less against the licensed traiiic than against the liquor itself. New Zealand's experience suggests, at all events, that the people of the Dominion had not yet arrived at a solution of the drink question.
