Lieutenant Filchncr has secured a scaling vessel of 530 tons burden, with auxiliary engines, for his South Polo expedition, which numbers thirty—all Gormans. LEIPZIG, December 2. Brandon and Trench, tho Englishmen who were arrested at Borkum on charges of spying, will be tried by the Imperial Court on the 16th.
