(Received November 5, at 9.23 a.m.) Tho Mount Lyell superphosphate works at North Fremantle have been opened, at a cost of over £90,000. They are considered tho most up-to-date in Australia. SYDNEY, November 4. A thunderstorm is greatly interrupting telegraph communication with the southern States. (Received November 5, atD.55 a.m.) There has been remarkable weather at Broken Hill. During a storm half an inch of rain fell in ten minutes. This was followed by a thick dust storm, then another tonential downpour, and then a 6eoond blinding dust storm.
