* QUESTION OF RECIPROCITY. press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright VANCOUVER, November 3. (Received November 4, at 8.45 a.m.) Criticism is being directed to the subject of reciprocity betw-eeen Canada and the United States. It is held that Canada is merelv opening the door to the trusts and manufacturers of her neighbor. The Minister of Finance (Hon. W. S. Feildiug) announces that negotiations are now proceeding. The proposals aro based on a freer exchange of natural products and raw materials. The preference to British manufacturers will remain untouched. The Conference will probab'y end in three weeks.
