VANCOUVER. November 3, (Received November 4, at 8.45 a.m.)
President Estrada, of Nicaragua, requests the release of Secrocst, who was arrested in Chicago in connection with the printing of a quantity of unauthorised Nicaraguan notes. Kecreest, it is stated, had beer, authorised to do what he did by the revolutionaries, who proved successful in the recent rising.
