LEVIN, October 28.
The Borough Council last night decided to urge the member for the district to approach the Government regarding the development of the Tokomnni" and Mangaonohao lliveia for the supply of motive power for the surrounding llaxmille. Mr Hay, Public Works engineer in 1906, estimated the cost at £15,000 to £20,000 to develop 10,000 horse-power.
