•' A Westport telegram state*; that two men. named Caldwell and Silcock, were injured in the face at tho Harbor Board’s Cape Foul wind quarry by a premature explosion '<bf shot. Siicoek’l jaw was broken. David Taylor, the elderly cabman who had his leg broken yesterday afternoon through the wheel of his cab passing over it, is in the hospital, doing well. The animals attached to the four-wheeler became frightened, and when Taylor went to their he ds they knocked him down and bolted. Down near the Law Courts they dashed into a post and smashed the vehicle badly,
