FOSTER FRASER
ON ‘ AMERICA UP TO DATE.’ Dunedin people do not tire of good ' things. So they proved to Mr J. Foster Fraser last night, when has lecture on America Up 10 Date ’ was delivered in the Burns Hall to a large audience, who listened eagerly and attentively to the many points given emphasis to, and to the contrasts drawn between ourselves and the inhabitants of the land of the "hustle.” So also did they appreciate to the full the humors of the lecture, which brightened the entertainment greatly, and possibly accounted for the attendance of those who had heard the same lecture previously Mir Fraser was listened to with the closest attention, and has remarks were heartilv applauded. This afternoon Mr Fraser lectured’to a large audience, ladies predominating, on ‘Women of Many Lands,’ and to-night, in the Burns Hall, he will tell the story of j how he went round the world on a bicycle.
