ST. PETERSBURG, October 7. Mr Mix’s balloon, American No. 2, won the Gordon Bennett contest, mal-W a voyage of 1,100 kilometres, and landing north of Warsaw, where the Russian police arrested him. Twenty balloons started from Zurich.
