ST. PETER’S CLUB

Some thirty couplee occupied tho floor at St. Peter’s Hall, Caversham, last night, when tho St. Peter’s Young Men’s Club brought a highly successful season fio a close with a social and dance. The Young Ladies’ Club wore well represented, and there were present as well many visitors and friends of the club members. Dancing was heartily indulged in to the tuneful music of Barnett’s Band until the early hours of the morning, Messrs Brown, Davreett, and Aitken making admirable "M.C.s, Supper was provided, and a ouohre table was supplied for the non-dancers. The function was said to be th© most successful yet hold in connection with the club, all present finding the utmost enjoyment. Messrs C. Andrews and C. H. Taylor sung at intervals during the evening. The Young Ladies’ Club social will be held in tho same hall on Monday next.
