(Received March 10, at 8.5 a.m.) The Hamburg-America Steamship Company, for the first time in fifteen, years, failed to declare a dividend. They state as amongst adverse causes a shrinkage of 50 per cent, in the year's results. The report emphasises the disastrous influence on shipping arising from the construction of <>uch record-breaking vessels as the Lusitania and the Maurelania.
