A RESIGNATION AND RECONCILIATION. " ‘ Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. PARIS, November 2. (Received November 3, at 8.47 a.m.) M. Picard, ex-Manister of Marine, discovering that M. Clemenceau had made a vitriolic anonymous attack upon him seven years ago, resigned his portfolio. Tho Premier handsomely apologised, and a reconciliation followed. The. resignation was thereupon withdrawn.
