Tang Shao-Yi, of the Board of Foreign Affairs, is vioiting Europe, in order Linduoe the Powers -to withdraw' their troops from the Legation areas at Pekin. The Japanese Embassy guard lately invaded a Chinese house and seized a Japanese traitor (a captain of artillery) and his papers. The man was quickly conveyed to the Japanese Legation, where he confessed his crime, and then committed suicide.
