(Received May 5, at 8.10 a.m.) After a hearing lasting thirty-three days, involving legal expenses amounting to £7O,OCX), the Court of King’s Bench awarded Isidore Wyler and the Tbo and Nyassaland Corporation £62,472 damages against Lewis and Marks and other members of the Corporation (except Sir Robert Edgecumbe), for alleged conspiracy, thus causing the loss of concessions estimated to be worth a quarter of a million. Weatherly, another member of the Corporation, was earlier dismissed from the case. An appeal has been entered.
