Mr A. H. Leo (U.), Sir John Lawson Walton (Attorney-General), Lord Robert Cecil (O.), Captain Kincaid-Smith (L.), Mr A. Lyttelton (U.), and Mr Winston Churchill (Under-Secretary for the Colonies) continued the debate on Sir H. Camp-bell-Banrterman's resolutions respecting the reform of the House of Lords. Mr A. Henderson (the Labor member for Barnard Castle) moved an amendment in favor of the abolition of the House of Lords.
