THE REGATTA CHAMPION SHIP MEETING

[Special to the Stab..] CHRISTCHURCH, February 15. The New Zealand ’ Championship Regatta, to be held at Lake Forsyth tomorrow, promises to be a most successful tournament, as has been the case with other champion gatherings decided in Christchurch this season. The entries are very large, and the interest of rowing men in all parts of the colony has been given a fillip through the chance of combining the regatta and the Exhibition. Many of the crews have been stationed at Lake Forsyth for over a week.
