MELBOUBNE, August 3. (Received August 3, at 10.35 a.m.) In the State Assembly Mr Bent, speaking on the second reading of the Licensing Bill, said that clubs had come into existence since the reduction in the number of hotels by Local Option. He thought these should be placed under the same regulations as hotels.
