NELSON. . The Supreme Court opened- before Mr Justice Denuiston to-day. There is only one criminal case. His -Honor congratulated the district on its immunity from serious crime.- Harold G. Quaylcp a youth of twenty, mentally aud morally deficient, to sentenced to two years’ imprisonment for indecently assaulting a girl under twelve. He pleaded guilty. The Court then ' adjourned till to-morrow for civil business.
