A BUNDLE OF STICKS. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, February 2. Mr Chamberlain, addressing a meeting of 7,000 people ait Gainsborough, dwelt chiefly on Imperial relations. Ho said that the Empire was at present a loose bundle of sticks, bound by a thin tie of sentiment and sympathy, so slender that a single blow might shatter it. The Empire, built 'by sacrifice, must bo maintained by sacrifice.
