The portfolio of Justice and Attorney-General will be,separated, likewi-e Alines and Agriculture, while the Colonial Secretaryship will he abolished. Two members of the Cabinet, will have seats in the Council. 'Jbo salaries of Ministers together will not exceed £IO,OOO. The specific allotment cf salaries to individual Ministers is repealed, leavhm k to the Cabinet to apportion the einoho ments of office. The Bill also abolishes the ic-election of Ministers on taking office.
