The forwards were very evenlv matched. The principal feature of the ms-tch was the splendid passing rushes ol the Port backs, who played well together. Tries were scored by B. 'Tennent, W. Colthorpe, and C. Colthcrpe, one of which S. Moir converted. Mr R. Foster gave every satisfaction as referee.
