There are many rumors as to probabk developments on the meeting; of the Federal Parliament. It is expected that Mr Reid will move an amendment to the Address-in-Reply in order to define parties. There is much speculation as to Mr Kingston’s attitude, and the possibility of his leading a Labor-Radical combination. Other combinations, including the Reid-Eingston sections, are talked about. The Government will make a bid for the Labor support by reintroducing the Navigation and Arbitratioi Bills.
