ALHAMBRA THEATRE.

On Saturday evening Mr Fuller presented a new vaudeville programme, which, was received with enthusiasm by an audience which packed the Alhambra Theatre' from the stage to the doors. The combination was materially strengthened bv the reappearance of Mr D. Kielderson, facial impersonator and character delineator, who, with the aid of a hat and. an assortment of articles drawn from the stage perraquier's department, appeared successively as Lord Roberts, the Duke of Wellington, Mr Krager, Li Hung Chang, Napoleon, and others whose likenesses have, thanks to patriotic pictures, become familiar to the public. In response to an encore. Mr Kielderson gave an exhibition of mimicry, introducing the character of Bill Sykes and other impersonations .which evoked hearty applause. Miss Amy Blackie, contralto, had to respond to ;i double encore for each of her numbers; and the graceful Elmore sisters appeared in a new and pretty serio turn. The dry humor of Mr Will "Stevens kept the house on the best of terms with the humorist and with themselves throughout the evening; and Miss Daisy Charofs reappearance after her recent indisposifaoji was ihe sipnal for applauso., Special mention should be made of the work of the Jones brothers—Will and Bhrtch—who, among other items, introdused tie clever ;ukl amusing 3keteh ' Paderewski Outdone,' winch occasioned much 'anghter,_the pianoforte playing of Mr Blutch Jones in the march ' Stars and Stripes' being a capital feature in a capital item. An amusing farce entitled ' I'm Obliging My Brother' brought the performance to a fitting conclusion. The programme will be repeated tins evening, and further attractions for the latter end of the week are promised.
