A BOER SETTLEMENT.

Mr Ben Viljoen has collected fifty Boer families in London, and is conveying them to the Mexican estate he has arranged for. He declares that the reason for not settling in the United States is because the people of the latter are unable to differentiate between Boers and the scum of Europe.
