BUENOS AYRES, September 30. The frontiers between Chili and Argentina and between Peru and Bolivia haw been adjusted. [ln January last Colonel Sir Thomas Holdich, on behalf of the Britwh Arbitration Commission, visited ChiU -and the Argentine to examine and arrange ihe questions in dispute between the two Powers. As a result of his work an arbitration treaty was arranged as the basis of a general agreement upon all future international difficulties. King Edward was constituted general arbitrator/and questions of armaments boundaries, treaties, etc, referred to him.]
