AGAIN IN EVIDENCE. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. CAPE TOWN, September 30. The Tongariro has arrived "from London. Mr Seddon met with a cordial reception, and was entertained at a public luncheon. In the course of a speech he declared that every moral support would be given to the loyal Dutch by the colonists. The removal of causes of friction with those from whom we differed must make the, country prosperous under British rule, ensuring a peaceful and auspicious settlement.
