WELLINGTON", October 1. Mr F. T. Moore, who was sentenced io three years' imprisonment for sending a threatening letter to ihe Acting-Premier, but released on it being understood that he wao to leave for South Africa, has written to the 'Post' from Sydney, stating that ho intends to return to contest the Wellington Suburbs seat at the coming election. [Special to the Stab.] Mcore's relatives entered into a bond for the man's good behaviour for three years and his,absence from the colony.
