KAIKORAI FOOTBALL GROUND' COMPANY.

The ninth annnal meeting of the Kaikorai Football' Ground Company was to have been held last evening, when some seven members tamed up, bat -these not representing a fourth of the capita]-'issued* the -meeting could not be neld, and "was therefore adjourned until Friday next. Other necessary repairs and Improvements have been attended to, and the ground is in good condition for the coming season. Mr Jamiesoo resigned the secretaryship owing to his removal from the district. Messrs A. Millar > and A. Davie also resigned their seats; onthe direct torate. "Spur directors appointed Mr : iW. ; Sinclair to fill Mr 'Millar's plaice, and Jthe other vacancy was, held, over! for the annual meeting. The following directors rotation :, — Messrs Dick, Wpkinson, M'Laron, and are eligible for re-election.
