(Received <July 10, at 10.5 a.m.) Hie imports into Svdney so far this year show a decrease of 26.3 per cent, compared with the previous year. The falling off is partly due to the buying of large stocks last year, which were imported in anticipation of the Tariff. The Admiralty authorities will test the steaming qualities of the Port Kembla coal. A trial shipment is being sent to the China station. ADELAIDE, July 10. Priddle has been committed for trial for the murder of bis wife. MELBOURNE, July 10. (Received July 10, at 9.35 a.m.) The State Government shortly submit a Bill providing for an extensive scheme of irrigation in the Make district.
