THE MHIIABT CALLED COT, Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright, VIENNA, Febroaiy 16. (Received February 17, at 9.44 a.m.) A general strike has occurred among the workmen of Trieste. Mobs paraded the streets, smashing the windows. The military were called out, and fired on the rioters, killing eight and wounding many.
