BRISBANE, # February 15. (Received February 15, at 10.3 ajn.)

The brigantine Prosperity, from Richmond. River, with a cargo of machinery, was driven ashore in a gale early this morning at Point Look-out. She is * total wreck. The mate and cook were ckowned.

[The Prosperity was a wooden brigantine of 125 tons register, built at Brisbane ia 1868, and was owned by B. Corrigan, of New South Wales. Her cfmensioiM were: Length, 92ft 3in; breadth, 22't Sin; depth of hold, 9ft. Captain A. G. Parker was in charge.]
