AUCKLAND, February 13. Tire Congregational Union to-day discussed the advisability of removing the headquarters to Wellington, bat it was decided to let it remain in Auckland this year, and to reconsider the question next sessloiu A resolution protesting against the way in which the liquor laws are administered by some of the magistrates was not put to the meeting, it being considered, in the absence of evidence to support the allegations, to be unwise of the Council to discuss the matter.
