THE NEW UNIONISM.
to the Krrroß. Sir, —In my letter I was guilty of a most glaring "error. When 1 mentioned that American wages in the boot trade were thirty dollars and sixty dollars 1 intended to write fifteen and thirty dollars. My mind was running on £3 and £6, and somehow I got thirty and sixty dollars. lam not ignorant of the value of American money, and this being so obviously a mistake 1 hope that my critic* will not construe it into an attempt to deceive.—! am, cte., Crispin No. 2. February 5.
