MUNICIPAL.
St. Kilda.—At the monthly meeting-of the St. Kilda Borough Council there were present the Mayor (Mr Mitchell), Grs Aehton, Allan, Culling, Vickery, Saodilands, and Hodges.—A quantity of correspondence relating to various works in the borough was read and dealt with.—lt was resolved to meet a deputation from the Cavenham Counoil regarding a drain across the # Forbury n ai.—A committee was appointed to define the duties of ranger.—The resignation of Cr Hodges as a representarive of Maeeolburgh Ward was accepted with regret.—The Works Committee's report, dealing with a number of works, was adopted. —The overdraft was stated to be £244 8b Bd under the lewd, limit.
