To eaconragb ihe formation of mounted infantry the strength of companiea is to be raised from sixty-three to eighty, with an extra lieutenant, and the capitation inoreased from £2 10j 10 £3 10->. Ctpitation will be paid for members in the Transvaal, but not for the men who replace them. FEILDING, February 19. Stpps aro being taken to form a mounted infantry corps for Feilding.
