MIXING NOTES. The Matau report a return of SOoz for three days' work. The Enterprbe Cold Dredging Company have declared a dividetid of 2s per share. At a meeting of tile Kelly and Casey Beach Dredging Company resolutions were passed giving the directors power to acquire additional dredging ground ; also to issue 1,3u0 new shares if it were found necessary to do so. The Roxburgh Amalgamated Sluicing Company pay on Monday a dividend of 6d per share. The following have hern elected directors of the Otaroa Gold Dredging Company:—Messrs J. J. Wright, W. C. Burt. F. A. Hooper, F. Proctor, aud J. Dickson. Mr George Blyth was appointed auditor, and Mr E. Roberts consulting engineer. It is announced that the prospectus of the Molyneux Valley Cold Dredging Company will be issued shortly. The claim consists of about eighty acres, and lies between the Harris Beach and Paul's Beach claims. A large number of shares have been bespoken in the country districts. Messrs Harman Reeves and Co. are the Dunedin brokers.
