BIBLE CLASSES IN STATE SCHOOL.
TO THE EDITOB. Sib,—This branch of my wo:< in the C>iy has been exceedingly pleasant. Sj I reporn-J to the recent meeting of our Mission Committee. Kindly allow me through your paper to intimate to parents and my young friends that our classes will all be resumed next week, in the following order:—Monday, High street; Tuesday, Union street; Wednesday, Albany street; Thursday, George street; Friday, Arthur street. This will be our fourth session; why should it not be the best? 801 l books.
trill be kept in the classes, and attendance cards trill be marked every day. We greatly need additional helpers, and I will be delighted if volunteers, with some experience, will, without delay, offer to assist us in this good work. Sympathisers in town and jouu-ry have lir ctally supplied us with funds to purchase Bibli's, books, and clean literature suitable for voi:n« people and general circulation, *■ r which I have been so grateful. Will friondi piease repeat their favors? Often when vexed and discouraged it has gladdened us to hear from many quarters that we are remembe--ed by, and have the sympathy of, hosts of kindly hearts.—l am, etc., D. Wright, Dunedin City Mission. Dunedin, February 8.
