OTAGO S.S.U. INDUSTRIAL EXHIBITION.

The final meeting of the General Committee preparatory to the opening ot the Otago Sunday School Union Industrial Exhibition was held the other evening. Mr W. T. Todd presided, and there was a very large attendance of delegates. All matters are in such a forward condition that flip business transacted whs mostly of a formal nature. To ensure the comfort of those directly interested in Hie vocal and instrumental contests (which will be hold in i-e Victoria Hall) it was decided to make a small charge of 3d for admission. No charge will be made to the competitors, who will be admitted into the hall ou the night of the contest free on presentation of entry form In order to have the exhibits placed' in proper positions by the opening night, we are requested to state by the lion, secretary, (Mr Ernest Rosevear) that exhibits will be received ut t he Agricultural Hall on Monday, next, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 9 p.m.) All exhibitors are reminded that it is impera-,' live to bring their entry forms with the exhibits. The exhibits for tho cookery section, are not required until some day of the following' week; the proper date will be duly notified.; Arrangements have been made with Chas.i Begg and Co. whereby those who have entered, for the piano and organ contests can go thereand practise on the instruments that are to be used at the Exhibition. Catalogues will be 1 available on Monday, gud will be sold at 3d each. '
