WEATHER NEWS.

TO THE EDITOR. Sir,—lt would be very acceptable to many of your readers, and especially to those who may be called upon to travel up country or are interested in the mining or farming operations of the interior, if you could see your way whenever exceptional snowy or rainy weather prevails to state whether it has extended to such places as Queenstowc. Pembroke, Kurow, Oamaru, Cromwell, Naseby, Hyde, Middlemarch, and Palmeraton, as these are the places almost invariably left out in your weather telegrams. Trusting lam not asking too much —I am, etc., M. Coccuitry. Dunedin, August 2.
