First quarter of the moon, October SE, 10.34 p.m. Weather likely to follow; Fair. Moon rises 7.46 a.m.; sets midnight. Apogee 29th, 4 a.m. Sun rifces 5.3 a.m.; seta 6.12 p.m. Sun’s declination for October 83: IT25’ 87.9* S.
